Looking for cheap Windows VPS with at least 150 GB HDD

Is there any cheap (like $3-7 or so) VPS that supports Windows (it doesn't matter is there Windows available in distros list or not, there is a way to install it to any non-OpenVZ VPS) and have at least 150 GB HDD or block storage option? Also, it should have at least 786 MB RAM. Any other specs are not important.

I need it for backups (Veeam), for some reason it won't word with Linux storages in my case.

Not bad for a... hobby project (OP don't take this serious, my suggestion is to go either with @Francisco 's BuyVM or @AnthonySmith 's Inceptionhosting, both very good)
