Why buy the customers? They (Lowend users) are worthless.
Given the pricing they were pushing there's a good chance they have hundred's of nodes throughout all of their locations, meaning it's a large amount of gear coming back to CC.
Then again, they operated almost entirely on yearly settlements, meaning if CC was to bring them in, they're waiting at least a year before they see any money. If they had prepaid CC then there wouldn't be much of a reason to close shop, just offer a migration path to the QN customers and continue on.

I have a server with them (resell) from Illinois and currently this down, they canceled the Paypal subscription this morning, then the server went down.
Fortunately I got backup 24 hours ago, however, I will have to restore the backup immediately and lose some information that has happened in the last hours.
No e-mail was triggered by informing in advance the closure of the company and now I have lost some my files, unfortunate.
The Illinois server is currently down

It is not coming back up.
Don't buy anything that is hosted at colocrossing again. Cheap lesson this time, might be more expensive next time.
