Hello,
I am looking for hosting companies that provide shared hosting with outgoing connection,

I am downloading updates and files from other servers and i need to make the server connect to other server using PHP command: copy.

So I am looking for hosting companies that will allow me to use this command and download files ouside the server and also share the files between other servers.

Also cheap VPSs with 256MB - 512MB ram.

Copying files can be illegal.
A download is technically a copy also.

as the information i provided all the data is legal and the files are scripts that will runned inside the platform, the idea is to get the files and the license data from the other servers and also share the data between all servers running inside the platform.

after all, the data is legal ( its a PHP scripts that we sharing inside our platform ).

the files are small (around the 2MB) and its downloaded every 1 week.

Thanks, we will check the offer, after all we are looking for more hosting providers or providers with more then 1 server to create this schema, so we need more then 1 hosting company.

We have two cpanel servers in London and Germany, however, one is a reseller node.
If you are happy being placed on a reseller node also, we can offer two locations.
Both have cloudlinux, jetbackup, node.js, php selector, softaculous and railgun.
I think @Ho-ost also has multiple locations available at great prices.

Sounds good, we can do shared hosting in Vancouver and Winnipeg and can certainly do a deal if you needed both locations.
