Bumping this thread so people avoids this provider at all cost.
After 7 months of reasonable service (VPS with very low and sporadic usage), this week they updated its IP address without prior notice because "We have been informed by our data center to remove this IP from the network due to attacked".
After that my VPS started getting terrible connectivity with 40% downtime according to Uptime Robot. Support rudely closed my ticket claiming "It maybe your local Internet issue, The ICMP didn't get receive in uptime robot the issue will happens.", whatever that means.
