Hello Guys,
I am looking for cheap VPS in USA.
No requirements regards resources. Cheap or cheaper then 1USD/month.
I just need a dedicated IP v4
Different IP regions, IP classes would be great
Any billing period: monthly or 6m or yearly billing
At the moment I have found only Virmach.
Any other ideas?

probably could do it with any colocrossing seller but mostly zero tolerance policy not going to be useful if you are doing anything sketchy.
