Does anybody know when OVH "should" refresh its VPS offers?

Why should they give a shit? They've had some BF offers, and Christmas is coming -although I don't remember an OVH special since 2016.
You can't wait a few more days to open your present?

They do not often refresh their VPS offers. Once every couple of years or even more. And recently they have doubled the storage, so I wouldn't hope for another change soon. In fact the offers are pretty good as is, what change do you want to see?
Obvious. More cores, more RAM, even more storage and a price cut.

Something smaller than the VPS SSD1. For example: 1 vcore , 1 GB, 10 GB SSD for 1.99€ before VAT.
I’d love them to upgrade their cloud VPS range.
If anything they will likely continue to raise resources and not lower them.
It is very unlikely. They are not looking for more lowend VPS customers. On the recent Black Friday sale, the cheapest 2.99 EUR plan was excluded from the discounts offered, unlike on previous Black Fridays.
Why is Hetzner not good enough?
100% more RAM, 100% more SSD Space for 25% more price.
