A good cheap VPS to set up a VPN

I spend part of the year in Canada and am looking for a reliable VPS that I could set up as a VPN (out of NYC) to hook my local router up via OpenVPN to so I can stream Amazon Prime, DirectV Now, Hulu and Netflix while I'm out of the county. Any good deals on this Black Friday that would suit the bill. Most commercial VPNs have issues with one or more of the streaming services. Do I need to be concerned with any data limitations on the VPS server to do this? Thanks in advance
