They have IPv6 connectivity but give only /121 IPv6 subnet, at least that's what my VPS from 2014 has. Maybe they changed the policy and give bigger subnets now, but that's just a guess.

Yes, they have custom panel which allows to control hypervisor-level firewall, upload and mount ISO, see stats, use VNC and so on.
