I have a local live stream, i need just a server to buffer it.

  • For non-commercial live streams, you can use http://giss.tv/

You can setup a server of your own and run some streaming servers like wowza. Normal licensing charges are 5$ per day, but you can get a developer license for free, which limits viewers upto 10. Thr ffmpeg library does a good work on streaming to the servers.
