Got one too, can't beat the price. Could use it for smaller less resource intensive projects.
I wouldn't mind the extra RAM, but these would be perfectly fine for a lowend webservice with a dedicated IP.
Bandwidth
?
No specific restrictions on BF offer VPSs. Here's their AUP:

Is there anyway to use alpine as the OS?
or
Any other OS that is resource (disk and ram) friendly?

They'll load an ISO for you if your plan allows for it.

Nice to see some things never change w/ Vanilla.

so it means mail server and paste site forbidden? irc server allowed ?
That's why
I run an extermely small seed box + openvpn and 500 gb runs out quick
If you think about it
viii. involves spamming, mailservers, or mass marketing of any kind, or any type of investment/lottery sites;
why mail server forbidden? why I can't build mail server for my site ?

Actually you can. Their AUP said:
Customer cannot send more than 100 maximum e-mails per hour, and must maintain a similar average volume of mail on a week-to-week basis—no bursting permitted.
Yet another nice plan foiled by a 10GB disk
its out of stock already

Yeah, I was about to say that that was a very fast changeover .
but rule says also ;
If Customer wants to run a legitimate mail-server or send large amounts of e-mails in a non-spam manner, Customer must purchase one of VirMach’s Webhosting plans and request VirMach’s pre-approval for the expected volume of mail Customer seeks to disseminate.
I'll not send mass mail of course. just Normal mail server allowed or no ?
What are the negative side(s) of letting vps user run mail server?
What can happen to the VPS provider if its user is a spammer?
Apparently yes (if what's normal for you is sending < 100 emails/hour).
The IP can get blacklisted on all the spam lists.
And then you wonder why no one is getting the mail you send them.
Non spam mails and < 100 emails/ hour yes. i will run decent mail server for my site support only. that should be allowed but their rules mixed my mind.
Curious about the LET Exclusives offer.
Is it ever provided? And what’s the deals?
