I had Azure Bizspark, enjoyed about 150$ * 5 times worth of credit every month free for my Data science projects for last 3 years, now it got expired, happen to spend a lot with other services, here we got decent deals, I also got a dedicated cores from netcup guys, together, had decent setup for my research.
