It does mention that you can use the allocated CPU 24/7, so a heavy application in terms of CPU usage shouldn't be an issue. Issue is probably more on the disk side if you, for example, decide to run a heavy database on this plan. That's what I believe is the intention of this "use case".

That is fine, that is kind of what I expected the primary use would be which is why I did not limit the CPU use much if at all on these servers, I am practically giving them away at cost already.
Just dont torrent, abuse reports for torrents = instant termination no second scance, excuses I have heard 1000 times are "I left the VPN on", "My brother did it", "I left it logged in at school" , "Downloading jersey shore is not illegal in my country"

Those terms don't apply to the storage servers, you can use 100% of your allocation 24x7 CPU wise. I should really get that updated.
