My customer need windows to run my soft.
Generally speaking,for majority of my customer, they don't need high cpu or disk performance
minimum requirements:
1.windows 7+(installed .Net4.0 runtime and updated system) ,no need for sever system&activation
2.RDP
3.shared ip(nat)
4.minimum available memory(after started) 150-250MB
5.cheaper than vultr
6.stable stable stable
Optional:
1.dedicated ip
2.location:gobal
3.higher memory
