Cmon, fixing the SSL cert takes you what, 2 minutes? Everyone who comes on the site views it as fucked up.
We will resolve that soon as well. Website and billing are on different server, all secured by a valid EV SSL. Problem is with a backend API server, which I will get someone from the dev team to re-issue.

Custom ISOs can be requested via a ticket and direct download link for self install.
For kvm, can also be installed windows?
Yes you could do that. You need to share a Direct Windows ISO link. By the way you need to have your own key and it should be server versions not Desktop.

About the BF deals - we will have some, however can't promise that they would affect E5 machines and dedicated servers overall. Will focus on VMs more, as we're near capacity atm.
