Hey, it's been awhile since I last log into my Vultr account (last year). I see there's a new 60% Off Promo Vultr Bare Metal:

However, I only have $2.50 balance in my account and I don't plan to deposit more because migrating to other provider soon. I want to use it for testing only (install some lamp and laravel stuff) like maybe for 12 hours or so then destroy it before they overcharge me. Is it possible? Am I doing this against their terms and raise a red flag?
I need a confirmation otherwise I'm going to pay $120 for my next invoice.
