Hello,
We are looking to setup a self hosted knowledgebase without using the inbuilt WHMCS KB. I don't like the design/navigation of MediaWiki.
Any other recommendations for a FOSS self-hosted KB?

This - https://wordpress.org/themes/mywiki/ .
However, I can't guarantee how good it is. While it's based on WP, it looks nice and clean.
personally I use mkdocs
bookstack
What's the problem with WHMCS KB?

We want to separate it from WHMCS for our resellers so that it is white-labeled
Thank you for the suggestions. We need something which would store tutorials and images and also allow for comments/questions.

dokuwiki or osticket (you can also create kb in osticket)
I would go Wordpress for simplicity given what you are looking for. The mywiki theme as suggested above looks good.
I made a tiny little wiki with a WordPress plugin for a site once. Example: https://wiki.purefusionos.com/
Nice and clean. Easy to use.
Wordpress with a KB theme (https://kb.host4geeks.com)
Does seem to be the best option, lots of good themes here https://athemes.com/collections/best-knowledge-base-wiki-wordpress-themes/
wordpress + kb plugin
Grav CMS with the Learn2 skeleton is quite neat: https://github.com/hibbitts-design/grav-skeleton-learn2-with-git-sync
Another vote for WP + KB plugin. Used one years ago, can't remember what it was called, but good experience.
Edit: --posted in wrong thread--
WP + KB Plugin with doing some customisation in theme code.
Where SSL...
I mentioned we are working on it
At work our manuals are from dozuki. I have searched for open source alternative and found dokuwiki. Now I think I will try WP+KB plugin....
