I have a hosting down more than 15 days, do not answer support tickets.
They close the support tickets without providing a solution.
They don't have online chat.
Don't be fooled, it's not a reliable service.
About hosting business I never recommend someone from India. % 100 scammer. Offering cheap hosting and scamming peoples...I have purchased 10 hostings from India, I was scammed for all. I did not a see one honest people there..
