What im gonna host?>a website with approximately 1000 user or more if possible DMCA ignored also i will be hosting> proxy scraper,VPN,discord bot,crawler and more personal project

Here are some specifications for the server i would-like to have if possible

3 to 6 core
4GB to 16GB of ram
port speed of 1GB or more no less than a stable 25MB
