Some clarifications about DDOS in Romania:
    1. GTS Arbor DDOS 10Gbps in Bucharest and 40 Gbps in Czech Republic ( expensiv, Arbor weakness - don´t see small attacks )

    1. Voxility DDOS is one own solution 1Tbps+( good for volumetric attacks, weakness - expensiv, half automatic bloc....)

    2. M247 DDOS in Bucharest they have Corerro and Radware, i´m not sure but I think they have max. 40 Gbps + cloud service if one attack is bigger than 40Gbps, ( affordable price, weakness only standard settings even if the solutions can do much more )

    3. Nav claim to have own solution , but most they made Blackholle.

    4. My self we have servers colocated in Voxility and M247 , we use the M247 DDOS for volumetric attacks and our solution till 40Gbps for the rest

Telecom Romania have Arbor and Orange have Wanguard .

@intovps if you have servers in M247 than you have Corerro and Radware , if you have in GTS Cluj than you have Arbor till 10Gbps

  • Centohost.com not bad. They was 2,50 first time, now increased to 5 EUR. OVZ.

Nav has hardware as does Adnet, most also have at least one better protected ISP as upstream. Adnet also has a lot of unused inbound to filter volumetric similar to Vox or RDS.

And Romania is as much balkans by European term usage as Croatia is Eastern Europe - technically correct, partially at least, but not used. No one here in Croatia sees Romania as balkans or related to it, but they do NOT only include ex-YU but also eg. Albania.

It's very hard to find a hosting provider in the Balkan region which offers DDoS protection.
I do recommend telesmart.mk in Skopje/Macedonia and Host.al (reselling Keminet) in Tirana/Albania though. They offer fast and helpful support.

Pricing is not that nice but they are okay in terms of support. We have used them in the past aswell.
