I'm looking for a kvm with the specs below or higher.
1-2 cores
2gb ram
20gb+ ssd(real ssd if possible not some cache hdd)
1gbps
budget 3-7$ (this is mostly for first month test I don't mind spending more if I like the service)
EU Based
Only monthly payment. I want to try the services first.
Will mostly use it for hosting sites and a few sync services. Will use docker on it.
It needs to allow 18+ sites (legal content) since a few of my sites are like that.
Tos will need to allow scraping and 18+ content.

Is it possible to do a ping test on the germany server? I want to know what kind of ms would I expect in a ssh connection. Also what kind of hardware are you kvm on and whats the cpu speed of the 4$ packet.

At the moment the servers are still in Frankfurt, but we will migrate at the 5th next month.
If the ping is fine for you at the moment Düsseldorf will be also fine, but at least a bit better

https://vps.ag/ They are located in Bulgaria and they offer KVM vps for 3 Euro for 2gb ram and 1 vcpu . I have been using them for over a month and they are so far so good.
You should contact their support to confirm if you host your websites, they reply very fast.

I contacted them. They don't allow adult content. Yeah I eddited it one time but just to add the EU based.
