I need good vps to host my minecraft server.

Location : US , Canada, south america

Min. Ram: 3.5gb
Min HDD or SSD: 30GB

Min. Band: 2T/m or more

budget < $12/m or 40/yr

    Hetzner could have been a wonderful fit if it wasn't for the location. In the US or close to, I do not think you will find as good of a deal.

    $12/month equals $144/yr

    It's safe to say most providers will likely round the annual cost down by a free month or two.

    I'd say $12/m you'd need a $100-130 yearly budget.

    On black Friday you'll likely get one for less than 100.

    For Minecraft (and most games) what matters is single-thread CPU performance. If you had a larger budget, I would suggest ExtraVM.
    However with your budget, it'd certainly be better to get a shared Minecraft hosting from someone like BisectHosting, who offer a 3.5GB RAM server for $10.47 per month.

    Happy to do a VPS4 out of Seattle on an E5-2670 (1600 per-core passmark) for $12/m. Comes with 4 vCPU, but we dedicate one to a VPS4 so you can consume 1 cpu at 100% and we wont throttle the VPS.
