Hello,

I really dont know how to organize my work and I think i'm losting client.

My problem is:

• I have a lot of resource and social where i found new client

  • client send me an email or make a phone call

I forgot to contact again and manage client.

So what I can do?

I need to create different email: one for support, one for new lead, one for admin?
There is some cmr or one solution to manage all? I mean lead, client, invoice, project??
Also i would client profil with all email in conversation view, it's all a dream?

Please help me

ERPnext, pretty much a one stop solution, you'll get;

• CRM
• Sales Invoices
• Subscriptions
• Suppliers
• Project Management tools
  ....and a lot more, I mean a lot more.

The downside is that getting support is a tad hard, they are too focused on adding more features and gobbling vertical markets (for istance, they recently released features for Schools followed by features for Agriculture... while their subscription system is usable but idiotic)

..and wait for it.. its free if self hosted.. (but you'l lose support)

agile i dont understand how to work..maybe this is my problem to understand and choose the best crm for me!
Copper it's a pretty expensive.

I try eprnext on bitnami, i try to install a lot of time and yes it's hard...

waiting more suggestion...

I have it! But to activate web to lead in my email i have too much email. It s email support, email for new contractor and quote and i receive newsletter.
I need to create more email adress and use each email for everything?
Also I soffer about Perfex not sync with WordPress or import automatically client.

Yesterday i try whmcs and the addons project management but isnt complete also really expensive! Minimum 16$ for whmcs, plus every years or monthly extra free for all module i need.
I can test blesta
