yes they did manage the first hype after their unmetered announcement well, didn't saw any impact through that time, i could always max out 1 GBit/s.
Get the cheapest unmetered 1gbps Dedi and add a proxy in your torrent settings (NordVPN works great for uTorrent web for servers).
