    It's not bad to work on weekends, because it's great to not work on week when others are busy. No queing at shops, qyms etc.

  • @cociu My server has been down for at least 5 days now. Can you please get me an update on my ticket? Ticket number is #736916. I was waiting for a response from you for a few days now (both here in PM and in your website's client portal).

    Save yourself the aggravation and move on to a provider that actually cares. I'm a pretty patient person but I got tired of all the BS, wasnt worth my wasted time.

    If in your case you have waited 5 days maybe take that as a sign as in time to move on.

  • Just wait three days. I have a problem with my service, I can't connect to it using ssh, so I sent tk at 2018.9.27. But did not get a reply until today.

  • I ordered a service one week ago and Its still on "pending" status

    No ticket answering (I have sent lots of tickets)

  • Sending alot of tickets make no sense, make the situation worst.
