I'm about to post Upwork, but as you mentioned that Freelancer.com has high price I retreat.
It's already has the lowest price in the market.

Did you tell the people on freelancer how good it'll be for their portfolio and how much work there will be when your idea takes off? If you're broke you could also offer them a share of the profits.
