"what kind of people" is a satire kind of question though. Its like being shocked when somebody say he still pay $50 for 64Kbps dialup internet, in 2018. so we say "what kind of people still has 64Kbps Internet in 2018?"
It's Whatsapp. People make joke on Wechat here. We have this word "budak wechat" or "wechat kids". Of course it's famous though. I can't translate though, because they are funnier in Malaysian language. But I'll give you some:
