Looking for affordable VPS provider in EU/RU for OpenVPN/Shadowsocks

Hi,

Thanks for letting me join the community.

I'm looking for an affordable VPS provider in Europe or Russia that accepts bitcoin (or other crypto currencies) payments. Looking to run OpenVPN and/or Shadowsocks for a maximum of 5 users, so it doesn't need to be the beefiest thing. I'm as unwilling to part with money as the next guy, so the lower price the better. But of course, I'm not delusional so I guess something around the 5-10 euro mark, or lower, pr month should give me a suitable range of options?
