G-Core Labs has something in Korea and Japan, Also Russia and Khabarovsk city (Siberia) near China.
If you find something decent and cheap, I'm always interested. But they tend to be short lived.... It always ends up coming back to HK. But who knows...

Likely not. China Telecom's connection was pretty terrible, even from a nearby country. Singapore would be way too far.
