Decent and Simple ISP Billing Software

This might be a weird one, but does anyone know of a decent billing software for ISPs?
We were looking at possibly using WHMCS for this project but it doesn't really handle things the way we'd like to and doesn't show proper pricing breakdowns on the quotes / invoices.
Let me know if you've seen anything worth checking out. Paid or free doesn't really matter.
