Paid Help - Plesk Onyx 17.8.11 - Very Short PHP Session Timeout

Hey Guys,

I have recently started facing this weird issue. Whenever I login to any admin panel on my server it automatically logs me out within a minute or, sometimes even less than that.

I am already using custom PHP Session Store path using PHP Settings page and increased "session.gc_maxlifetime" value too for the PHP version I am using.

I have also moved "/etc/cron.hourly/plesk-php-cleanuper" to "/etc/cron.daily/plesk-php-cleanuper" as Plesk use this script to cleanup PHP Session files, but unfortunately none of them helped.

Please help me to fix this issue. I am ready to pay as far as the amount is fair.

Are you sure it is the timeout, maybe your server has to many sessions it need to handle.

not familiar with setting up Plesk software, but my hunch is that Plesk defines authentication-session-validity based on timestamp. Is there a setting in Plesk where you define the server "timezone"? Is that date uniform with the PHP "timezone" settings in PHP ini?
