We don't cap the port, it's burstable, but running 10TB is fine in most cases.

Our rule of thumb right now is 'For every 4GB of RAM you buy, you can sustain 100Mbit/sec 24/7 without issue'.

I can't match your SSD requirement in $100 but if you want you can get shared 1Gbps port in LA, Psychz
