Well, I can easy get 2G&2C&1000M or 1G&1C&1000M with around 2.5 EUR in Fr, So where is your advantage? I dont think DDR4 should expensive like that.

How not? Overallocation of physical resources on KVM server nodes is the most common practice in this industry. Overselling resources such as RAM and CPU is easly possible with most commercial virtualization panels, they come with a builtin feature for that. While some even go the extra mile and put a bit of elbow grease into it so they can oversell the nodes physical storage.
Our KVM plans come with exclusively dedicated resources that are not shared amongst other VM's, which prevents loud neighbors and performance deterioration. When the server nodes resources are being oversold its just a matter of time for the VPS's performance to deteriorate.
He's saying that 200GB bandwidth is too low.
We've increased the monthly bandwitdh for the 256 Mb and 512 Mb plans to 500 GB and 1000 GB.
