how to benchmark a vps???

hello LowEndTalk community anybody know how i could benchmark my vps example internet speed cpu speed transfer speed overall vps power? if anybody could point me in the right direction i would really appreciate that thx in advance.

I am kinda skeptical about piping websites into bash.
