no i can't transfer the licenses
I've created the ticket on directadmin before create this topic, they can't allow transfer the licenses. but because of close our company they allow me to resell whole account to another hosting company.

Well I suppose actually it is the company that owns the licenses, not you. If you sell the company, then the licenses would simply stay with the company. From DA's perspective, nothing really changes, except maybe for some contact info.
With that being said, if they are actually allowing the resale of the entire DA account, then this is very reasonable indeed, and I'm surprised they would agree to it.
DA has great pricing for internal owned licenses (especially with the bulk discount). You're essentially asking for only about 40% of your cost price, which also seems reasonable. I'd be tempted to buy it off you for your asking price if not for the fact that the licenses were in a separate account. I'm not sure the $600 (roughly) discount is worth the extra hassle of managing multiple accounts...
Still, I wish you luck. Glad to see DA have a very reasonable licensing transfer policy and that your asking price is also quite reasonable.
