We don't have the ability or authority to determine whether your content is illegal or not (also we don't analyze the content that our customers host), that is the responsibility of the police and judges. You are responsible for the content you host on your VPS.

For us, the important thing is that the IP address of your VPS doesn't go into blacklist, that's where we decide.

In Spain and Europe it is not possible to ignore an injunction. We are a legally registered company.

I think not just in Spain or Europe ,in any country that no business entity can deny and ignore an order from court.

they may say NO to policy or as such in some case, but when comes to court , they have no room to play.
