Hello Dear,

Sorry for my bad english.

Today I buy cloud service at aruba.it, and successfully paid for the service.
unfortunately to get control panel login detail, they send it to my mobile phone (text message). but nothing come to my phone.

So I'm trying to open a support ticket, but never success.

    no scam , but it can issue with their mobile verification system or your mobile service provider

    I have #1 premium postpaid mobile provider in indonesia (KARTU HALO). and many intl service can reach my mobile phone.

    BTW how about their ticket system?? I can't reach them with support ticket too, Always get error message

    they are not scam for sure , you should get your money back . They would not want chargebacks for 1 usd

    I have paypal too, but I can't because I used too complicated password.

    looks like I need to get my paypal working right now.

    I have lose $15 from 2checkout before.
    they charge my credit card and confirmed my payment :

    but the VPS provider tell me the payment is not successfull
    so I send support ticket:

    until now, nothing replied lost $15 in a finger.

    now open a ticket at aruba to refund your payment 1 usd . I think they are just holding the payment which should release if the service is not provided
