If its a shared port, how many customers are on it ?

Here's a fresh bench from their NYC location. Doesn't knock my socks off, but it's comparable to my SYS server in BHS (but I'm getting more cores, better disk from Dedipath for a comparable price):
Depending on your workload, it's a pretty good value.
There is no set amount of servers per port. Each server does have a 1Gbps port. and each cabinet has at minimum 20Gbps to it with most having 40Gbps. The shared use network is allocated available network capacity as demand allows, during peak times it will be lower and off peak times it will be higher.
