I strongly advise against sueing the provider.

Reason: In the courtroom BOTH sides will be heard which means that the provider tells his view of the events too ... and then the other half of your clients will also leave.

  • Now guess what? It happened again, twice!
And they are closing my tickets without any reply.
What an unprofessional hosting provider and now without any doubt I will name the provider. vps-rdp.com what a shame.

  • You get what you pay for. Any it definitely looks like overpaying.

Good luck suing them! The end for you is nigh though.

Create a new thread on review category with provider name on the title. It will get their attention.

  • That’s your own problem. Last backup 3 days ago? I’m not a provider but i backup my codes/files/db at least once a day and actually made it a habit because i never trust anyone but myself. Looking for someone to sue? Sue yourself...

I don't understand. What's the reason that you're still with them after they gave you that foul smell?

  • Sue them, $21 is too big and what you lost is even 10000x bigger

"Fool me once - shame on you. Fool me twice - shame on me."

Your hosting provider isn't the only "unprofessional" one.
