Quadcore CPU
32gb ram
240 GB SSD
10 TB traffic on 1gbit port
31 IPs

I will be using this server to host small virtual machine, no SPAM or illegal things.

Budget $60-70
Location EU or US (Any)

@samipy have you looked at hetzner and there server bidding, i mean not many hots well like the use you have for IPs but they are somewhat cheap but you will not get that many ips
