yes, I'm Iuri Sari. There is a fully prepared tech document with all the necessary information regarding HeadVPN service: login details from the data centers, admin part, VPN servers, billing system, server radius, etc.
That's not what i'm asking. headvpn is a disolved company. How do you plan to sell the service legally when you are not a legal entity? Like you could literally sell this to multiple people.

@headvpn - just to put a final point on your post. When I take your current rack rates from your web site (ie NO DISCOUNTS) and calculate forward looking revenue using the client counts you provided I get
32 yearly at 28.68
28 monthly at 4.19
4 quarterly at 3.29 a month
forecast with 100% retention would be 2383.52 - which is much much lower than you listed. This means since signing up current user base- you lowered prices.
so to sum it up - no ip space, no paid whmcs license, no owned servers, 64 clients with a price cut looming. Trying to sell a company for 10000 with gross (not net) earnings forecast for next 12 months of 2483.52 assuming zero client churn.
if someone never lost a client it would take over 4 years with current client base to cover just the acquisition cost. The technology is no different than most white label resellers so its 10000 for very little if anything. PLUS the company is dissolved.
