EU dashboard or "regular"? I can't see any issues through their statuspage (https://status.sparkpost.com) so try contacting them.
You might have been suspended, they usually fix it pretty quick if it's just a misunderstanding.

Im able to login now. But emails are still not being sent.
in dashboard you can see the reasons why the mail hasn't been sent.
