Confusing about reverse and forward proxy(Apache)

balronbalron Member

Hello everyone ,
I have a wordpress web site that have some embedded youtube videos for specific users. But some of the visitors cannot watch because Youtube is blocked by their ISP and they no chance to use vpn. In this case should i implement reverse proxy(or forward proxy) on my server to mask video source IP? Is this solution going to allow visitors to watch embedded videos?

Thanks.

Probably, but you'll need to (at the very least) leave full credits to the video owner and a link. These should be obvious and not hidden. A reverse proxy will probably do it.
