For anyone else who uses HostMyBytes... Have you experienced poor technical support? I ordered a new dedicated server more than 24 hours ago and the unit is still not properly set up. They sent me a "all is good, here is your server" email that is void of any IP information. When I go to the user panel it is clear the server is not set up even though it says "active". I can understand that things go sideways from time to time but the complete lack of response to my support tickets is getting pretty annoying.

Any ideas to mediate this?
