Online.net is probably your best bet for a blog that popular. Unmetered 1gbps anywhere else will be way over your budget.

  • You need a 16gb dedi with ddos protection and 1gbps bw for a blog? Must be a pretty popular blog. :)

i will put many blog on this server. i need SSD Storage and payment with paypal

Are there any recommendations other than Online.net, SYS, hetzner?

SYS is 250mbps and Hetzner has a bandwidth cap. Online.net will eventually throttle prolonged high usage, but some people have done it for a long time without being throttled

    Does Online.net accept Paypal payment?

I don't think so, but the obvious place to check is online itself.

What exactly is a blog wallpaper? Are you hosting a blog on wallpapers? Are they all static files?

You can offload the images to a CDN and get away with a modest CPU.

You probably should offload your wallpapers to a CDN service. Your backend can be much lighter if you do this.

    i.e. cloudflare or bunnycdn

Another option would be to get a bunch of 100mbps VPSs and using some kind of load balancer to balance between them.

Unmetered gigabit probably won't happen at this price.

Those places charge by the GB of transfer. That the request was for unmetered suggests that OP is expecting a torrential amount of traffic, so CDN could get expensive.
