Well. This is rather embarrassing. In his interview, Liam told me he was 16, but I would have never guessed from the way he spoke. He knew his stuff, so I gave him a shot, first at some behind-the-scenes stuff, and then sales work. Perhaps I made a mistake. My apologies to everyone here.
