There are many controlpanels to choose from, kloxo, webmin (virtualmin), ispconfig3.

For myself I use minstall to install the webservers that I need.
Only negative about Minstall is that it's not compatible with debian7 as of yet.

  • ehcp is easy to install

  • webuzo

Probably your best bet for a free CP, but unfortunately requires 512MB and up

  • 0x001ae5, 0x0047ff, 0x6671ba...

Other pointers are available, just a malloc() way.

    Seriously, use google...

  • Kloxo is what I mostly hear people installing.

    best would be install kloxo

its really a panel for low-end-boxes

when you finetune it after installation, it uses memory like 60-80mb or so.

best is give it a try..

mmm low end web servers... maybe a LEMP installation.

I prefer Webmin, it is a well documented CP and quite popular, give it a try.

May I ask what would be better (RAM/PERFORMANCE) to host some WP sites:

    a) LEMP (PHP-FPM)

    b) Nginx as a Front End Proxy for Apache

I did google it but I have not found any answer.
    Thanks

  • I cant think of something easier to install and powerful to administer than i-mscp. It installs the LAMP stack itself, with a one line command.

LEMP would be better. Apache alone is good too if you know how to optimize it but if you don't then LEMP.
