Holy cow, do you have any HDD's for sale if someone wants to take the colo option? What would the colo costs be past the first 3 months? What is the case config (2.5" HDD or 3.5") of the Dell R420's? I'm not a likely prospect to be realistic, but it's tempting and I'm sure that some qualified buyers are wondering the same things.

That is a good question, the Dell 420's are 2.5" bays. We do have drives (not a large stock) at our DC which we are able to sell to someone who wants to colocate with us.
For the R420 the colocation cost would be $35/month.
