I am currently unhappy with my current VPS because there is too much delay on remote host.

I am looking for Windows VPS that comes with SSD and with at least 1GB RAM. Hard disk size should be at least 20GB.

My budget is around $5 USD. Location doesn't matter, fast network speed is a must.

You may need it from a data center close to your location. Is this what you mean by "fast network"?

What do you meen with " too much delay on remote host"? Is your ping too high (then you should Tell us where you live) or is the VM to slow?
