    Hetzner Auctions, Kimsufi, SoYouStart all have dedicated servers within your budget.

    You've provided no requirements so it's difficult to recommend...

    Define 'good'

    Good for storage?

    Good for serving webpages?

    Good peering to a certain country?

    How much bandwidth are you going to use?

    Will you need support? or are you fine with non-existent support?

    Delimiter-grade uptime?

    non-existent support is good for me, and i want to pay in dollars, not euros

    What are you looking for? Do you need a lot of RAM? CPU power? Disk? Preferred ocation?

    There are plenty of servers under $50, but it really depends on what you need.
