Very strange that OP is care about price of IPv4 only, as with any collocation need to check the network connectivity and other collocation terms and features (like: remote hands, bandwidth, size of server)

Yeah, though it's apparently in Germany nowadays.
Hosting offshore is about relationships between countries, not having your servers located in the fucking bunker. If they were doing anything illegal and a court would judge for the removal it's not like the Police will just give up, or not just cut the cables. A bunker dosen't make anything offshore, finding loopholes does.

@florianb I've actually been advising sites that had troubble being hosted in Germany, that bunker wouln't make Germany more offshore, at all.
